this probably isnt as much flow as you wanted through the sump however if it is these are great pumps for the money dirt cheap and silent or mine is anyways http://www.aquatraders.com/Odyssea-WP1000-Water-Pump-p/72013.htm maybe you could use 2 of them

as im sure alot of u may know i am working(very slowly i might add0 on a 200 gal build and i still havent got a return pump. i need a pretty good sized one but dont have alot to put into it right now so if any of u reef heads may have one u dont use anymore or if anyone downsizes then let me know.
