I got it to work but lowering the pipe that guards the enterance to the actual tube. Not sure WHY that made any difference, but it did, so I'm not going to complain. lol Thanks guys!

you can put the valve in the return which usualy works well unless you have to restrain in alot.

on your overflow you can raise or lower the tube that drains the water. . that will allow for a lil more water or less water in your sump. If that doesnt work then i suggest putting in some type of restriction (ie adjustable valve) . Post some pics of your setup

So here's the deal guys. I'm setting up my 75 and have everything working pretty well. The problem is that the pump that drives the whole thing works a little too well. It drains it's section of the sump too fast, faster than the water can be replaced. How can I fix this issue? A valve in the return line that slows the pump down? Cutting off part of the wall that seperates the sections so water can flow faster? Any other suggestions?
