Wow i am very suprised that they are going to do that lol. Well those are a hit and miss maybe the next one will be alot better. Mine have been fine so far and have been running it for about 10 months

Dude thats suck... i know all about there customer service and its just like you said its not very good. As far as getting a new ballast check out ballastwise.com they have some good prices on quality stuff.

I recently purchased the 150w MH Pendant with T5 from Aquatraders...wellllll my ballast went out last night.... sooo what should i do now? Personally i dont really like the MH's so if someone wants to make an offer on this thing, so be it! Its really a great light but it puts off too much heat for me... Ive got my 75g running also so everything is putting off alot of heat... but what are my options as far as getting a new ballast? Ive already emailed Aquatraders and whatnot but i dont expect a response or for them to fix the problem...the customer service isnt what it should be but i expected something like this to happen considering the prices. soo im up for trading for a t5 (or some coral,livestock,etc.)... I have a PC fixture i can use and i dont plan on putting coral in this tank (its my 37g cornertank). thanks for the help guys!!
