You know, you can frame any shape, sheet it 1/4" Luan and paint it with 2 part Pottable Epoxy. This would work well.

I was thinking of soemthing like that in my sunroom but it gets to hot. With a kiddie pool like a normal small one and my dad build a stand aroudn it and make it a touch tank with a 250w halide over it or a 400w.
That's interesting, I've had a very similar idea for years.... Maybe down the road we should put our heads together on a project.
Slipper dreams of a family swim through Reef (very large).

What was your idea? What critters? Like the title says, "A Dream", I know it's crazy but the thought of keeping an exotic like that healthy would be very cool.

Of setting up an eight foot kiddie Pool in my basement, Aquiring a pair of Black Tip Reef Shark Pups.
Have friends over, pop a top and feed the buggers a chicken.
I suppose a large atlantic hermit or two would be in order to clean up the poo.
Round tanks are supposed to work w/Sharks. Maybe do a (0000 Oolite) sand as a substrate.
