daily- feed, clean glass, add water if needed, check temp, make sure everyone is happy n healthy. weekly - check calcium n alk - dose if needed monthly - ~40g wc , blow up detritus, clean powerheads if needed. Prune coral if im starting to have some fighting and losing any of my sps or lps .
weekly i clean the glass, empty and clean skimmer cups and necks, than i go around with a baster and blow off the rocks and stir up the sand a bit, then I clean out my filter socks and give the whole system a good look around and make sure everything is working right. also i mix up some new kalk about every 4 days for my ato
monthly i try do do atleast a 30% water change and test the parameters.
after this months water change in going to start doing atleast 5% weekly water changes. and see how everything responds. as of right now im using zero chemical filtration and everything seems to be doing good. i also want to start keeping a log of my tank maintaince im bad about letting time slip by and it gets my schedual all out of wack.
