idk why but i have very few of these.. idk if i have something in there that loves to snack on em or what but the only ones ive seen are in my sump... i personally wouldnt worry about them unless , like bev stated, you have an infestation of them... they can sometimes hurt certain corals iirc

You'll need ro water (best to buy and install an ro system in ur home if u plan on keeping sw) salt (I use oceanic and love it), and a refracometer or hydrometer.

There are several local fish stores that are pretty good and carry evrything you need. You can find a list of the stores along with reviews on the main page under Vendors. Welcome aboard! If you have anymore questions or need help with anything just let us knw. Also, are you using tapwater in the tank?

Hey liljon83, its smart to check the salinity twice a week atleast, as far as testing the water for you other level like nitrates and stuff once the tank is matured a little once a month is usually wat i would do. please post all your questions we would be glad to answer them
