Yeah i thinkg i might get a dwarf moray eel i have good resources for them cheap they normally go for 350-1500 depending on color i can get super duper good prices.
Dude that would be pretty cool to have. But its like you said any fish you put in there is just going to be a afternoon snack for him lol so unless your just going to have just it in your tank i would not suggest it.

I want a angler really bad and i am getting steves 33g long most likely and making it a reef or his 40g breeder idk i want a angler in the worst way but i have read our that they try to eat anything. In this case i don't think i can have one i mean i can get decent sized fish but not the size he won't try to attack whats your guys (gals) thoughts?
