  well after looking at that link I'm thinking it is just the standard old frogspawn. nothing special, just an odd alternative name for it.  I took a picture of it, also my green clown goby seems interesting in hosting it. I'm not sure how to post a picture of it so I set it as my avatar.  See what you think it is.

  Hey guys I was needing some help identifying a coral I'm looking for the scientific name or a more common one it was identified as honeywell octopus. I know its a Euphyllia but thats about all I can find, anybody have any information on this type or a more common name?            Tarvis
